Middlesex County Development Charge Study (A. Marsman)

Original report prepared for the Council of  the Municipality of Middlesex Centre at their June 19, 2024 Meeting of Council.

• Recommendation:

  THAT Council receive the Middlesex County Development Charge Study Report

  THAT Council endorse the comments outlined in the Summary of this report and this feedback be provided to Middlesex County.

Topping Drain - Tender Results (A. Neely)

• Recommendation:

  THAT Council APPROVE the tender received from VanBree Drainage & Bulldozing LTD in the amount of $272,952.20 (plus HST) for the re-construction of the Topping Drain.

8.c

Rapley Drain – Earley Bridge Replacement (A. Neely)

• Recommendation:

  THAT Council accepts the request to replace an access bridge on the Rapley Drain, submitted by the property owner of Lot 11, Concession 5 SER (geographic Township of Adelaide) under Section 78 of the Drainage Act.

  FURTHER THAT Council direct staff, following the Drainage Act. to notify landowners affected to get a better understanding of the scope of work.
